1. Eligibility 

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 

Entry is open only to legal residents of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Method of entry.  

2. Promoter 

The Promoter is MyConnect Trading Pty Ltd, ABN: 65 627 003 605 of Level 5, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000 (VIC) (“Promoter”), website https://myconnect.com.au/. Please contact marketing@myconnect.com.au if you have any questions.  

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter, and the information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter.

3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions 

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

4. Entry Period 

Entries into the promotion open at 00:00 AEDT on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, November 30th, 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 

Entries will not be accepted outside of the Promotional Period. 

5. Method of Entry 

To be automatically entered into the prize draw, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 

(a) Be a MyConnect signed partner. RCTI and Partnership Agreement forms must be signed to be eligible.

(b) One (1) x entry awarded to MyConnect Partner for every connection with at least one payable utility* submitted. 

*A payable utility includes electricity, gas or internet connections and excludes: 

• Electricity connections in WA 
• Water connections in VIC – Embedded only networks 
• Temporary connections

Multiple entries are permitted (1 entry per eligible connection submitted).

6. Prize 

The first one (1) valid entry randomly drawn will receive one (1) Fendi Baguette Tobacco Brown FF Jacquard Fabric Bag, (RRP $5740). A total of one (1) prize will be awarded with a total prize pool of $5740. Prize value is correct at time of printing (October 2025) and is subject to change. 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Selection and Notification of the Winner 

There will be one random draw conducted for this promotion. Entries close for the draw on the date and time specified in the table below. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at Level 5, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 on the date and time specified in the table below. Time specified is AEDT unless specified otherwise. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winner will be notified within two (2) business days in writing via email with the details used to enter the promotion and will have their details published (first initial, surname and postcode) on https://www.myconnect.com.au/fendi-act-winners/ from date included in the table below.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize within two (2) weeks (by 12pm AEDT 16 Dec 2025) of being notified by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 

The Promoter will not be liable for a winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if they have provided incorrect details or cannot access the email or phone number they entered the competition with. 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

A draw for any unclaimed prizes, may take place on 16/12/2025 at 01:00 PM and at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw via the email they used to enter the promotion and will have their details published (first initial, surname and postcode) on https://www.myconnect.com.au/fendi-act-winners/ from 16/12/2025.

8. General Terms & Conditions 

The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. 

The Promoter reserves the right subject to approval of the relevant authorities to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion in the event of non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control that impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the promotion. 

If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. By entering, entrants consent to the publication of their initials, surname, and postcode if they are a winner, as required by state regulations. 

 

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Additionally, the Promoter may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law if a participant is found to have deliberately caused damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion. 

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damages (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or the use or misuse of the awarded prize. 

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected 

(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize. 

10. Privacy 

The Promoter collects personal information (“PI“) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at 

https://www.myconnect.com.au/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia. 

The privacy of your PI is a priority for the Promoter. The Promoter respects your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and we are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) requirements for collecting and managing your PI.
