Set up instructions
How to select MyConnect as your Utility Connections Provider in Ignite.
- Log in to your Ignite account at ignite.realestate.com.au.
- Go to Subscriptions and products page.
- Under Rental Applications select Manage settings.
- Navigate to the Utility connection providers section and click Add provider.
- Click on Select provider drop-down box and select MyConnect.
Please note: Applicants have the option of selecting if they want to be contacted by a utility connections provider, this information is visible in their application details.
