The products available from our partners can vary from time to time. MyConnect does not offer products from all providers. Products are subject to availability in certain areas.

We will not offer all our partners’ products on our website (subject to availability), and there may also be additional products available via our contact centre.

Product information is provided to us by our energy partners. Our website is updated when we receive this information to ensure the products displayed are up-to-date and accurate.

The products and pricing MyConnect quotes are based on the plans and rates our providers have given us and the address information provided by you, including your postcode. Serviceable energy retailers will be based on the postcode you have provided.

Pricing is quoted inclusive of GST where applicable and is indicative based on the most common meter type and your distribution zone. Depending on the meter type at your premises, providers may vary your rates, terms, and conditions to match the meter type.

You will be advised by the provider if your plan or rates subsequently differ due to a different meter type or network. If you live in a postcode zone that spans more than one state, MyConnect may need further information such as a meter number to accurately provide a quotation.


MyConnect is a no fee utility connection service. MyConnect receives a commission from our participating providers when you enter into an agreement. Not all plans available from our providers are always displayed or quoted due to serviceability, commercial arrangements, or product availability.

Some products and offers may only be available from the specific platform you are using. Website availability may differ from our call centre based on commercial agreements with our product partners.


Whilst MyConnect is a free service, a standard connection fee and/or deposit may be required by various utility providers.

The Customer is solely responsible for all amounts payable in relation to the connection and/or supply of the utility or distributors including all connection fees.

The Customer is solely responsible for any additional service fees that may be imposed by retailers or distributors for any after-hours connection fees.

If you are switching, you may be subject to charges in relation to your current service, including exit fees. You should check with your current supplier(s) whether exit fees apply.
