$1,000 Refer and Earn Program
1. Overview of the program
Existing MyConnect partners may be eligible to receive a $1,000 reward bonus when they refer a new agency that successfully partners with MyConnect and submits their 10th new connection.
2. Program Period
This program runs from November 4th, 2024, to December 31st, 2026.
3. How it works
- Refer an agency to MyConnect
- The referred agency signs a MyConnect partnership agreement and RCTI
- The agency completes 10 successful utility connections
- You receive a $1,000 referral bonus
4. Eligibility
To qualify for the referral bonus:
- You must be an existing MyConnect partner in good standing
- The referred agency must not already be in discussions or registered with MyConnect
- The referred agency must sign a MyConnect Partnership Agreement and RCTI
- The referred agency must complete 10 new and successful utility connections
- The referral must be submitted and approved by MyConnect before the agency establishes a partnership
A successful connection is defined in accordance with MyConnect partnership terms and operational criteria.
5. Bonus Issuance
The $1,000 bonus will be credited to the referring partner’s account within 60 days after the referred agency completes its 10th qualifying connection and has signed the MyConnect Partnership Agreement and RCTI.
6. Important Information
- The referral program is a marketing incentive for existing partners and is not an inducement to enter into a partnership with MyConnect
- Referral bonuses are paid at MyConnect’s discretion in accordance with these terms and partnership agreements
- MyConnect may verify all referrals and connection activity before payment
- MyConnect may modify, suspend, or withdraw the referral program at any time
- Referring partners must have permission to share the contact details of any referred agency
- Referral bonuses may be subject to GST and tax obligations, and partners are responsible for their own tax reporting
- Referring clients will receive a notification via email once the bonus has been issued. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their contact information is up to date.
