1. Promoter

The Promoter is MyConnect Trading Pty Ltd, ABN: 65 627 003 605 of Level 6, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000 (VIC) (“Promoter”). Please contact marketing@myconnect.com.au if you have any questions. 

2. Entry Period

The Promoter will receive and accept all entries between 12:00AM AEST Monday 30th June 2025 and 11:59PM AEST Monday 30th June 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries will not be accepted outside of the Promotional Period.

2. How to Enter

  • Submit at least one (1) valid connection (a mover referral received by MyConnect).

Each valid connection submitted during the Promotional Period counts as one (1) entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of eligible entries.

 

3. Prize

The first valid entry randomly drawn will receive one (1) x $500 Digital Vault Mastercard prepaid card. The total prize pool is valued at $500AUD.

  • The card is a digital prepaid card and will be delivered electronically to the winner’s mobile number. 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • MyConnect is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced prepaid digital cards once they have been issued.
  • Redemption is subject to any additional terms and conditions provided by the card issuer.
  • To claim the prize, the winner must have a signed RCTI and Partnership Agreement with MyConnect.

The prize is a virtual prepaid MasterCard meaning that it will be sent to the participant’s mobile number via our gift card partners Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®.

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. We will not give you notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in your digital wallet. The Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. 4. Selection and Notification of Winner

The random draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at Level 6, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 on Tuesday 1st July 2025 at 12:00PM AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The winner will be notified within two (2) business days via email or phone using the contact details associated with their account.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not accept the prize within two (2) business days of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and a redraw may occur.

The Promoter will not be liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification if incorrect details are provided or they are otherwise unreachable.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 15th July 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The new winner, if any, will be notified within two (2) business days.

 

5. Fraudulent activity

 

MyConnect reserves the right to disqualify any participant and cancel any issued rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false information, submitting connection requests for addresses that are not genuine move-ins, or attempting to manipulate the promotion in any way. MyConnect may request additional documentation to verify genuine occupancy at the connected address. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in forfeiture of eligibility and any associated rewards.
